If you’re unsatisfied with your Michaela Precious Pearls Jewelry purchase for any reason, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery to your home. Buyers are responsible for shiping cost.
When returning diamond jewelry, it’s important to include the GIA or AGSL certificate that your jewelry came with. If the certificate isn’t included with your return, we will have to send the diamond back to the GIA or AGSL for recertification. You will still be refunded for your purchase, but you will be charged $175 for recertification. Recertification prices may vary.
